Speak Up, Stay Safe
A practical online safety session for young people aged 10–15, covering verbal assertiveness, situational awareness and digital safety. This session gives students the non-physical skills they need to recognise risk and respond with confidence, both online and in everyday life.

Situational awareness and the Crime Triangle
The 5 Simple Safety Tips: body language, safe words and de-escalation
Boundary setting: recognising and communicating personal limits
Fight, Flight or Freeze: understanding the body’s natural threat response
Using your voice: verbal assertiveness as a safety tool
Lying to survive: using deception appropriately in unsafe situations
Online safety: trolling, harassment and digital threats

Preparing teenagers for university and independent living. Designed for students age 16+
Topics include:
Boundary setting in new social and relationship environments
Fight, Flight or Freeze: understanding the body’s threat response
Consent: what it means, when it is not valid, and why it matters
Drink spiking: prevention and response
Transport safety: verified travel, positioning and assertiveness
Being followed: a step-by-step response
Sexual Predators: including Grooming & Coercive Control

Image-based abuse and AI: deepfakes, non-consensual sharing, dating apps and digital safety
Our self-defence workshops in Dubai combine practical techniques with clear, age-appropriate advice on awareness, confidence and personal safety. Sessions are interactive, supportive and led by experienced instructors. Participants learn how to recognise risk, set boundaries, respond calmly under pressure and make safer choices at school, work, social events and when travelling independently.
